• Description: Pirtobrutinib is a secondary carboxamide resulting from the formal condensation of the carboxy group of 5-fluoro-2-methoxybenzoic acid with the amino group of 5-amino-3-[4-(aminomethyl)phenyl]-1-[(2S)-1,1,1-trifluoropropan-2-yl]-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide. It is a BTK inhibitor used for the treatment of adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma.
